Join us for our February concert "The Mission" and hear music by Faye Chiao, Dirk-Michael Kirsch, Jessica Rudman. Featuring The Sound Ensemble's celebrated double reed section, Bhavani Kotha (oboe) and Kate MacKenzie (bassoon), and guest mezzo-soprano Melissa Plagemann.

About the Event
Titled "The Mission", this concert tells the story of our musicians and of The Sound Ensemble. We at The Sound Ensemble believe that all our players should be empowered and challenged artistically, honoring their exceptional skill and experience. All of the music for this concert was chosen our core members of our ensemble and even feature some as soloists.
This will be a night of beauty and joy as we share incredible music and celebrate our performers.
